Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (JD or equivalent) from a top law school
License to practice and a member of good standing in New York
3-5 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney
Experience drafting and negotiating business contracts preferred
Excited about commercial contracts with legal and financial issues
Passion for drafting, negotiating, and redlining
Stellar attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in the unknown and handle new responsibilities independently
Nice to have: SaaS background preferred
