About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • ensuring that YipitData’s data products, specifically metrics tables and client-facing feeds, are accurate, standardized, scalable, and reliably published.
  • enabling external dashboards and data delivery that power critical investor workflows.
  • improving and scaling data platform workflows, from ingestion through transformation to delivery.
  • partnering cross-functionally with Data, Engineering, and Product to define requirements, prioritize improvements, and drive adoption of best practices.
  • leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve data quality and efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, analytics, data, or a related field.
  • strong data fluency, including SQL and familiarity with modern data platforms (eg Databricks), pipelines, and PySpark.
  • experience working cross-functionally with engineering or data teams and/or an understanding of the product development lifecycle (e.g., agile practices)
  • enjoy solving ambiguous problems and building structure where none exists
  • care deeply about data quality, consistency, and scalability
  • are comfortable and have familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation) as productivity enhancers.
  • strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
