About the role

  • Manage and support key customer accounts within the commercial truck market
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth
  • Support sales growth initiatives by identifying opportunities and aligning solutions with customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and support customer programs
  • Serve as a technical and commercial interface between customers, sales, and engineering teams
  • Support technical discussions, product positioning, and solution alignment
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts, pipeline tracking, and activity reporting
  • Communicate account status, risks, and opportunities to leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful execution of customer programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, account management, or a related role
  • Experience in the automotive or commercial truck industry preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a technical and manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required (Up to 30%)
