About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive sales growth by scaling international retail business
  • Own commercial agenda in each market including distribution, pricing, promotional planning
  • Develop and manage a network of distributors and retail partners
  • Collaborate with Operations for logistics and order fulfillment
  • Partner with Marketing to tailor market activation plans
  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of retail sales experience in FMCG
  • Track record of growing retail sales in Western and Eastern Europe
  • Experience with retail P&L ownership and strong understanding of distributor models
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Willing to travel internationally for market visits/partner meetings
  • Excellent academic degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills (C1) in English; additional languages are a plus
