About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales growth by scaling international retail business
- Own commercial agenda in each market including distribution, pricing, promotional planning
- Develop and manage a network of distributors and retail partners
- Collaborate with Operations for logistics and order fulfillment
- Partner with Marketing to tailor market activation plans
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of retail sales experience in FMCG
- Track record of growing retail sales in Western and Eastern Europe
- Experience with retail P&L ownership and strong understanding of distributor models
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willing to travel internationally for market visits/partner meetings
- Excellent academic degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field
- Excellent communication skills (C1) in English; additional languages are a plus
