About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage grocery retailers such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland in the field.
  • Ensure optimal distribution of our products and implement sales-promoting agreements.
  • Identify growth opportunities and maximize sales potential.
  • Monitor and optimize shelf placements.
  • Prepare competitive analyses during store visits.
  • Attend relevant trade shows and fairs.
  • Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain the CRM system.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training—preferably as a retail salesperson—or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution.
  • Several years of professional experience in the grocery retail sector (LEH) and ideally in FMCG field sales.
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and assertiveness.
  • High willingness to travel and willingness to stay overnight in hotels.
  • Driving license class B.
