About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage grocery retailers such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland in the field.
- Ensure optimal distribution of our products and implement sales-promoting agreements.
- Identify growth opportunities and maximize sales potential.
- Monitor and optimize shelf placements.
- Prepare competitive analyses during store visits.
- Attend relevant trade shows and fairs.
- Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain the CRM system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training—preferably as a retail salesperson—or a degree with a focus on sales/distribution.
- Several years of professional experience in the grocery retail sector (LEH) and ideally in FMCG field sales.
- Confident presence and strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and assertiveness.
- High willingness to travel and willingness to stay overnight in hotels.
- Driving license class B.
