About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and service food retail accounts such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland in the field
  • Ensure optimal product distribution and establish effective secondary shelf placements
  • Monitor the market and identify growth opportunities for customers
  • Plan and document customer visits in the CRM system
  • Prepare competitive analyses and participate in trade fairs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on Sales/Distribution
  • Several years of professional experience in the food retail sector (LEH), ideally in FMCG field sales
  • Confident manner and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently and to stay overnight in hotels
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
