About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and support grocery retailers such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland in the field
  • Ensure optimal product distribution and develop effective secondary placements
  • Continuously monitor and optimize shelf placements and distribution
  • Conduct competitor analysis during store visits
  • Plan and maintain customer management in the CRM system
  • Represent yfood at trade shows and fairs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on Sales/Distribution
  • Several years of experience in the grocery retail sector and ideally in FMCG field sales
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to apply commercial/business rationale
  • Friendly and dynamic personality
  • Assertiveness and strong problem-solving skills
  • High willingness to travel, including overnight stays
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
