About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of global campaigns across email, paid search, webinars, events, and ABM
  • Execute the email development pipeline, including build, QA, deployment, and localization, through the Marketing Automation Platform
  • Build and maintain campaign infrastructure, workflows, templates, and processes
  • Coordinate email localization with EMEA reviewers and translation partners
  • Track engagement, deliverability, and pipeline contribution to drive data-driven iteration
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Pilot AI-aware patterns and automation in email workflows
  • Partner with GTM Engineering to replace manual steps and help migrate the technology stack to an AI-native stack
  • Communicate deliverability and list-quality issues to non-analytical stakeholders
  • Manage GDPR, opt-in, unsubscribe, and database-hygiene tasks
  • Deliver against success metrics including send velocity, on-time delivery, deliverability, CSAT, engagement, and project cycle time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform, including segmentation, smart campaigns, dynamic content, and deliverability mechanics
  • Curiosity about automation and AI tooling, with eagerness to upskill into Clay, n8n, and LLM-assisted workflows
  • Experience supporting Product Marketing, Product, and event teams on tight cycles
  • Pragmatism around localization, regional differences, and multi-language sends
  • Strong analytical ability and an evidence-driven approach to measuring and improving the email channel
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Cross-functional coordination skills
  • Familiarity with GDPR and email compliance requirements preferred
  • Marketo marketing automation platform experience preferred
