About the role

  • Provide Level 2 support to users for functional and technical issues, with strong SQL expertise.
  • Handle business-related incidents.
  • Analyze, triage and resolve incidents, from initial diagnosis to the implementation of durable solutions.
  • Explain solutions and procedures to users and assist them in adopting and using business applications.
  • Supervise and monitor processing (interfaces, batches, imports/exports).
  • Contribute to documentation, enrich the knowledge base and promote support best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, development (MOE) and support engineers on major or cross-functional incidents.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
  • Initial proven experience in application support / technico-functional roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, able to write complex queries and analyze data.
  • Interest in business processes.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical and curious.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, service-oriented and able to engage with a variety of business stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify technical topics and build trust with users.
