About the role
- Work both hands-on with technology and as an advisor
- Help customers by setting up integrations on the Boomi platform, building interfaces, and creating APIs
- Advise customers on the best integration approach, set up and implement solutions
- Ensure everything works smoothly with the solutions that include various Boomi modules
- Talk to customers, colleagues, and vendors, give advice, and coordinate progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent level)
- Knowledge of formats and protocols like REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and SQL
- Experience with integration platforms
- Experience with Boomi, WSO2, MuleSoft, Azure, or other API platforms is a must
- Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Interest in IT innovations and new technologies
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- A good sense of humor is very welcome
