About the role

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers with technical inquiries
  • Support interfaces between various systems and manage integrations
  • Manage integrations for public sector clients (e.g., Digikoppeling (ebXML and WUS), StUF)
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to system interfaces and networks
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Provide remote support and on-site when necessary
  • Monitor and improve data and process flows
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams on complex technical challenges
  • Document technical procedures and user guides
  • Proactively monitor systems and log incidents/resolutions in the knowledge base

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in IT or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience with interface solutions (essential)
  • Experience with or knowledge of government organizations (a plus)
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Knowledge of AWS, WSO2, Kubernetes, and/or Docker (a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Interest in certifications such as WSO2, Apache Camel, AFAS, or Boomi
  • Experience documenting technical processes (advantage)
