About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for customers with technical inquiries
- Support interfaces between various systems and manage integrations
- Manage integrations for public sector clients (e.g., Digikoppeling (ebXML and WUS), StUF)
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to system interfaces and networks
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Provide remote support and on-site when necessary
- Monitor and improve data and process flows
- Collaborate with internal IT teams on complex technical challenges
- Document technical procedures and user guides
- Proactively monitor systems and log incidents/resolutions in the knowledge base
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in IT or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience with interface solutions (essential)
- Experience with or knowledge of government organizations (a plus)
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Knowledge of AWS, WSO2, Kubernetes, and/or Docker (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Interest in certifications such as WSO2, Apache Camel, AFAS, or Boomi
- Experience documenting technical processes (advantage)
