About the role
- Driving strategic initiatives across operations, working directly with leadership on projects like operational strategy, cost optimization, AI impact, and more.
- Own end-to-end analysis that turns ambiguous problems into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Build dashboards and tools that improve visibility and decision-making across functions (underwriting, collections, servicing).
- Identify trends and root causes using Excel, SQL, dashboards, and structured analysis then help fix the problems.
- Lead the operationalization of new products or changes in policy based on your insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
- Background in data-informed decision-making and partnering with multi-functional teams.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Metabase
- You are competitive and want to win.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently

- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across the organization
