Build dashboards and tools that improve visibility and decision-making across functions (underwriting, collections, servicing).
Identify trends and root causes using Excel, SQL, dashboards, and structured analysis then help fix the problems.
Lead the operationalization of new products or changes in policy based on your insights.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in business analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
Background in data-informed decision-making and partnering with multi-functional teams.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Metabase
