💰 ₱35,000 - ₱45,000 per month
About the role
- Courteously manage inbound calls, emails and messages in a timely manner, reducing missed and abandoned calls and customer waiting time
- Evaluate customer queries and allocate technicians to entrapments, breakdowns, service visits (all types), Repairs
- Listen, record and handle minor customer complaints, escalate others to the call center manager and leading hand/branch manager where required
- Build customer loyalty through follow-up of customer calls
- Outbound calls to customers enabling booking of all service offerings, allowing efficient usage of technicians’ schedules
- Liaise with branch service personnel to ensure efficient resolution of breakdowns, bookings, and technical queries
- Identifying requirements and recording information into computer systems
- Taking payment for all service offerings
- Offer customers added value Easy-Living products and services
- Any other duties and special projects as directed by management, in keeping with employee skills and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce
- 2-4 years of direct customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office
- Polite and courteous
- Organized, multi-tasker, detail oriented
