About the role

  • Courteously manage inbound calls, emails and messages in a timely manner, reducing missed and abandoned calls and customer waiting time
  • Evaluate customer queries and allocate technicians to entrapments, breakdowns, service visits (all types), Repairs
  • Listen, record and handle minor customer complaints, escalate others to the call center manager and leading hand/branch manager where required
  • Build customer loyalty through follow-up of customer calls
  • Outbound calls to customers enabling booking of all service offerings, allowing efficient usage of technicians’ schedules
  • Liaise with branch service personnel to ensure efficient resolution of breakdowns, bookings, and technical queries
  • Identifying requirements and recording information into computer systems
  • Taking payment for all service offerings
  • Offer customers added value Easy-Living products and services
  • Any other duties and special projects as directed by management, in keeping with employee skills and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce
  • 2-4 years of direct customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office
  • Polite and courteous
  • Organized, multi-tasker, detail oriented
