About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Social Media Content Production (Instagram, then other channels)
Edit and produce Reels, carousels, and static posts using video footage, B-roll, Envato assets, partner content.
Create designed assets in Canva using exact brand palette, fonts, and photography-first approach.
Repurpose existing content (emails, webinar clips, articles) into Instagram-native formats.
Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
Manage and apply ManyChat comment-trigger CTAs where relevant (training provided).
Maintain consistency across the feed: visual identity, tone, pillar balance, and audience stage coverage.
Once Instagram is running smoothly, begin adapting content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant marketing experience with a creative and aesthetic-driven personality
Proven experience producing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
Competent and confident in Canva: able to produce clean, consistent designs to a brief
Strong written English: capable of writing captions that are clear, specific, and natural, not generic
Organized and reliable: able to manage a daily posting schedule without constant chasing
Detail-oriented: willing to follow brand guidelines precisely and flag when something is unclear rather than guessing
Video editing skills: comfortable trimming footage, adding captions, syncing audio, and producing clean Reels (CapCut preferred)
