About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own projects from start to finish: Scope, build, test, and launch enablement projects, utilizing the RASCI model to define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority across stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines and priorities: Outline steps required to complete projects, prioritize across competing initiatives, and utilize project roadmaps and task trackers to achieve timelines with limited guidance.
  • Capture and articulate requirements: Define requirements for tech pilots, new tooling, and solutions; communicate clearly to business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead stakeholder collaboration: Maintain the process for collaboration with Enablement Leads, Sales Leadership (Managers/Directors), and cross-functional partners to ensure a healthy feedback loop.
  • Facilitate advanced and ongoing training: Lead continued education and advanced sales training sessions for veteran reps and leadership audiences, drawing on personal sales and/or management experience to bring credibility and authority to the room.
  • Make learning engaging and deliver with excellence: Make learning fun, engaging, and relevant while facilitating sales trainings. Leverage a variety of delivery methods including facilitation, social learning, gamification, demonstration, role-plays, and e-learning.
  • Facilitate to varying audiences: Lead both rep-level and leadership-level training sessions with confidence and adaptability, adjusting depth and tone to the audience.
  • Share training feedback and data trends: Share insights and training effectiveness findings in ongoing Enablement meetings with the goal of continually improving programming.
  • Ongoing programs & content creation: Own creation and maintenance of programming and learning journeys. Build new trainings as needed.
  • Learning technology administration: Manage ongoing implementation of processes and training materials via Yelp's learning management system (Exceed). Actively research new tech/tooling for Enablement.
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness: Manage survey results, track completion rates, and pull reports to compile data for the sales leadership team. Make data-driven recommendations: Provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance and updates of programming you own. Partner with Training Directors & Enablement Leads to make improvements to programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated sales acumen that lends credibility when training experienced reps and leaders.
  • Ability to reference past sales experience to enrich content and build trust with learners.
  • Strong project management skills: Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute projects end-to-end using frameworks like RASCI, with limited guidance.
  • Strong working knowledge of Yelp Ads.
  • Engaging presenter and confident public speaker virtually: Well-spoken, fast thinker, and confident managing a room of experienced sellers and leaders.
  • Strong technical skills to support remote facilitation (Google Meet), AI-educated with demonstrated usage, CRM (Salesforce) expertise, and eagerness to research and support new enablement tech/tooling.
  • High level of emotional intelligence: Able to receive, internalize, and implement feedback constructively.
  • 2+ years of instructor-led sales enablement, training, L&D, or project management experience (preferred, not required).
  • Management experience to facilitate leadership trainings with authority and support leadership-related projects (preferred, not required).
