About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training: Present onboarding material while creating a supportive and welcoming environment to our newest employees
Make learning engaging and deliver with excellence: Make learning fun, engaging, challenging, and competitive while facilitating sales training sessions
Arrive prepared for each training session and work around challenges with limited disruption
Leverage a variety of delivery methods including: virtual facilitation, social learning, gamification, demonstration, role-plays, e-learning, etc.
Lead both rep-level and leadership-level training sessions
Execute on project work: Lead tech-related projects with guidance
Support creation and upkeep by reviewing and providing edits and creative input to training materials as needed
Perform administrative tasks and play a support role for ongoing programs
Support and execute the process for maintenance and collaboration with teammates, key stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
Measure and report on training effectiveness: Upload and manage surveys, tests, and assessments within Exceed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated sales acumen that lends credibility when training reps and leaders
2+ years of instructor led sales enablement, training, or L&D experience (preferred, not required)
Strong working knowledge of Yelp Ads
Engaging presenter and confident public speaker virtually
Strong technical skills to support remote facilitation and learning (Google Meet)
Salesforce expertise
Expert content facilitator (pace, tone, body language, time awareness, engagement)
Completes tasks and projects within deadlines using task trackers and project roadmaps
Maintains processes, with guidance, for collaboration with internal stakeholders within the Training and Enablement team
