Key responsibilities & impact

Hire, train, and manage local community managers.
Ensure clear and effective communication with your team, peers, and Yelp HQ.
Track and prioritize weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for team members.
Ensure team budgets are managed efficiently and effectively.
Identify improvement opportunities and provide direct feedback to community managers.
Support and drive successful relationships with promotional partners and Elite Events.
Maintain and ensure adherence to community team policies and Yelp procedures.
Oversee market transitions while maintaining business strategy and needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven success in the Community Manager role with overall positive feedback from former managers and cross functional teams.
Must hold the title of Community director or above.
Must reside in California.
