About the role

  • Be an operational expert of the departments you support
  • Act as a liaison between the business and People Operations COEs
  • Ensure sound, consistent processes, procedures and initiatives
  • Act as a change agent for smooth adoption and clear communication with employees
  • Provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy
  • Offer insightful data to guide decision-making
  • Build strong partnerships with client groups at all levels

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant Business Partner experience, with an emphasis on employee customer service and problem-solving
  • Understand HR best practices, including talent strategy, performance management, change management, and relationship building
  • General understanding of employment law
  • Proven track record of providing HR partnership, experience working with technical business groups is a plus
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus
  • Strong proactive communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
