About the role
- Be an operational expert of the departments you support
- Act as a liaison between the business and People Operations COEs
- Ensure sound, consistent processes, procedures and initiatives
- Act as a change agent for smooth adoption and clear communication with employees
- Provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy
- Offer insightful data to guide decision-making
- Build strong partnerships with client groups at all levels
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant Business Partner experience, with an emphasis on employee customer service and problem-solving
- Understand HR best practices, including talent strategy, performance management, change management, and relationship building
- General understanding of employment law
- Proven track record of providing HR partnership, experience working with technical business groups is a plus
- Familiarity with Workday is a plus
- Strong proactive communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
