About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Client Support Team with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep operations running efficiently.
  • Update and maintain internal documents, operational files, and candidate records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review, parse, and transfer candidate information between Applicant Tracking Systems while ensuring proper organization and completeness.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing details, or errors within candidate submissions and records.
  • Work across recruiting and support teams to ensure client-related tasks are completed on time and properly documented.
  • Assist with general administrative work that supports recruiting and client support workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, recruiting coordinator, or operations support role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive data entry with high accuracy
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed or other online recruiting platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and document management tools
  • Clear written communication and the ability to follow documented processes
