Client Support Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Client Support Team with day-to-day administrative tasks that keep operations running efficiently.
- Update and maintain internal documents, operational files, and candidate records with a high level of accuracy.
- Review, parse, and transfer candidate information between Applicant Tracking Systems while ensuring proper organization and completeness.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, missing details, or errors within candidate submissions and records.
- Work across recruiting and support teams to ensure client-related tasks are completed on time and properly documented.
- Assist with general administrative work that supports recruiting and client support workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, recruiting coordinator, or operations support role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive data entry with high accuracy
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed or other online recruiting platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and document management tools
- Clear written communication and the ability to follow documented processes
