Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
Calibrate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right candidates
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for skilled trades and office roles
Conduct phone and virtual interviews
Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process
Schedule and coordinate interviews quickly and accurately
Requirements
2+ years of experience within a high-volume recruitment environment
Strong background in account management with proven relationship-building and client communication skills
Proficient in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing ATS workflows, and ensuring a smooth client and candidate experience
Familiarity with recruitment and communication tools, including Hubspot (CRM), Tellent/Recruitee (ATS), and Slack
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in the U.S. time zone
Must have a reliable remote work setup, including a contingency plan for power or internet disruptions
