• Conduct professional, consultative presentations during in-home visits to guide homeowners toward solutions
• Perform basic water testing and clearly explain product benefits with a problem-solving approach
• Accurately manage leads, updates, and appointments within Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Follow up with unbooked or undecided leads to re-engage and secure appointments
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless installations and happy customers
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for bookings and sales conversions
