About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure platform capabilities are ready for release from Product, business and operational perspectives
Lead functional validation and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Govern release readiness and help establish quality standards for a reliable and scalable platform
Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria
Assess customer journeys, operational workflows and business processes
Identify risks early and work with Product and Engineering to resolve them
Create and maintain functional and regression test scenarios
Manage defect reporting, retesting and validation
Coordinate Product readiness activities, release checklists, documentation and business approvals
Prepare release notes and user guidance
Support production releases and post-release validation
Review production issues and expand regression coverage
Improve testing documentation, templates and quality standards
Work with Product Owners, Engineering and business stakeholders to embed Product Quality in the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in Software/Product QA, Release Management or a similar role
Strong functional and regression testing experience
Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing
Experience supporting software releases within Agile environments
Excellent analytical and investigative skills
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in German is a plus
Experience within Product-led organizations is desirable
Platform or SaaS experience is desirable
Social Casino, Gaming or regulated industry experience is desirable
SQL knowledge is desirable
Experience introducing QA frameworks or governance models is desirable
Awareness of test automation principles and tools is desirable
