About the role

  • Writing clear, relevant and engaging content for promotions, game launches, CRM player journeys and campaigns across multiple channels for two brands: Pulsz and Pulsz Bingo.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand core message and target audiences.
  • Strictly adhering to brand tone of voice guidelines and industry-specific language, ensuring compliant and engaging content is produced consistently for all brands across all campaigns and channels.
  • Developing fresh copy ideas with the Promotions Ideation Manager to continuously drive creativity and innovation.
  • Contributing to creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the Design team.
  • Presenting initial copy ideas and concepts to key stakeholders, using your ability to come up with original promotional concepts/themes.
  • Understanding the core customer segments and producing relevant copy to engage them.
  • Understanding needs and requirements of customers across our various channels and striving to create customer-centric content solutions.
  • Taking agreed promotional mechanics and working alongside team members to develop individual creative approaches for each promotion/campaign

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of creating high quality copy within a creative / digital environment
  • Experience in creating and following brand copy guidelines and tone of voice
  • Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create copy for digital campaigns across web and social media.
  • Gaming or Social Casino background an advantage.
  • A passion for language with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Team player, able to take on feedback and adapt work to stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise with the capacity to work to tight deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ability to evaluate creative objectively, always championing the player’s best interests.
  • Native English level with understanding of the North American market.
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • A flexible self-starter with an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude.
