About the role

  • - Lead end-to-end project management across assigned initiatives, from planning through to execution and delivery
  • - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders
  • - Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Support, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution, across multiple time zones.
  • - Drive accountability across teams, ensuring tasks are clearly defined and delivered on time
  • - Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies
  • - Establish and maintain clear project documentation, processes, and reporting structures
  • - Track and communicate project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders
  • - Ensure high standards of quality, organisation, and efficiency across all deliverables
  • - Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
  • - Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments
  • - Contribute to building and refining project management best practices within YSI

Requirements

  • - 3–5+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles
  • - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • - Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • - Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently from concept to completion
  • - Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)
  • - Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and adapt quickly
  • - Experience working with digital products, platforms, or internal systems is a plus
  • - Exposure to content, knowledge management, or system migrations is beneficial but not required
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
