About the role

  • Plan, build, and launch multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web layers) using our CRM platforms.
  • Execute A/B testing and optimise campaign elements to improve engagement and retention.
  • Segment audiences using data from multiple sources to deliver personalised and relevant communication.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with brand guidelines and performance goals.
  • Support the delivery of automated journeys by scoping, briefing, QA testing, launching, and reporting on strategic automations.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis, delivering insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in CRM or digital marketing (experience in gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Bloomreach, Optimove, or Fasttrack.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/MJML for responsive email design (advantageous).
  • Understanding of email deliverability metrics and how to work with them.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
