About the role
- Plan, build, and launch multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web layers) using our CRM platforms.
- Execute A/B testing and optimise campaign elements to improve engagement and retention.
- Segment audiences using data from multiple sources to deliver personalised and relevant communication.
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with brand guidelines and performance goals.
- Support the delivery of automated journeys by scoping, briefing, QA testing, launching, and reporting on strategic automations.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, delivering insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure smooth execution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in CRM or digital marketing (experience in gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment is a plus).
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Bloomreach, Optimove, or Fasttrack.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/MJML for responsive email design (advantageous).
- Understanding of email deliverability metrics and how to work with them.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
