About the role

  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
  • Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documentation for analysis and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide accurate pipeline and forecast updates to the Head of Sales or Senior Management team to support business planning.
  • Create low-code interventions, internal toolkits, standards, and guidelines that assist sales teams, allowing teams to scale operations and increase profitability.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate sales operations and drive delivery of projects to deadlines, with a focus on ensuring go-live with Diamond and P1 accounts.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, proficiency in office software and CRM systems, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
