About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure governance and updates of approval flows in SAP FM and MM, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and approval limits
Validate and manage changes to the organizational structure and structural master data, including cost centers and hierarchies
Map, review, and drive continuous improvements in organizational governance processes and corporate workflows
Serve as the focal point between Financial Planning and the wider company during reorganizations of departments and business units
Support business areas and accounting in creating cost centers for correct allocation of revenues/expenses and hierarchies
Assist with management closing routines, contributing to data consistency and timely delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with SAP FM and MM, preferably with workflows, organizational structure, or master data maintenance
Experience in process mapping and process management
Knowledge of cost centers, organizational hierarchies, and approval matrices/limits is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of process governance, internal controls, and compliance
Experience in Financial Planning is a plus
