About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct market analyses to determine salary competitiveness for Teachers and benefits, using salary surveys and benchmarking;
  • Prepare salary tables for teaching positions;
  • Develop and maintain the teaching staff job and salary structure, ensuring compliance with compensation practices;
  • Ensure correct application of collective bargaining instruments for teaching positions;
  • Ensure the company's practices comply with current labor legislation and collective labor agreements by providing guidance to internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience in Compensation is desirable;
  • Prior experience in Personnel Administration/Payroll is desirable;
  • Desirable knowledge of Labor Legislation, Union Negotiation, or Project Management (to independently advance area projects).
