About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze technical tickets related to incidents and requests;
- Participate in root-cause analyses of incidents;
- Contribute to initiatives that support internal operational routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher-education degree in a field related to information technology;
- Experience in roles related to systems development, product support, or maintenance;
- Experience providing support for critical systems at an N2 (Level 2) support profile;
- Knowledge of distributed systems;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices;
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch or ELK).
- Considered a plus: Experience with cloud computing (preferably AWS); experience using Elastic Cloud or ELK; experience with ServiceNow.
