Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed higher-education degree in a field related to information technology;
Experience in roles related to systems development, product support, or maintenance;
Experience providing support for critical systems at an N2 (Level 2) support profile;
Knowledge of distributed systems;
Knowledge of DevOps practices;
Familiarity with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, CloudWatch or ELK).
Considered a plus: Experience with cloud computing (preferably AWS); experience using Elastic Cloud or ELK; experience with ServiceNow.
