About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to directors and executive managers, aligning culture, leadership and business objectives.
  • Lead transitions in transformation initiatives and mediate relationships in complex corporate environments.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount and costs) to propose predictive and strategic solutions.
  • Facilitate Talent Review processes, performance evaluations, succession planning and workforce planning.
  • Promote innovation within the function through the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and new technologies to improve department productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in large companies with complex structures.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leadership, with excellent executive communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong command of business metrics.
  • Proficiency with management and problem-solving tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, Agile methodologies, etc.).
  • Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging HR technologies.
