About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the squad that will create and evolve AgentForce applications and bots, with an AI focus and use of LLMs, from prototype to scaled product;
- Ensure robust, scalable, high-performance solutions;
- Serve as the technical reference within the team, sharing knowledge and inspiring innovation;
- Work side by side with engineering, data, design and business teams to co-create impactful digital products;
- Introduce and test new ideas, frameworks and technologies, primarily focused on Artificial Intelligence;
- Support the continuous evolution of our architecture and engineering practices;
- Adapt to changes driven by the constant evolution of technologies;
- Mentor team members in hard skills and an innovation culture;
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver products and manage business expectations;
- Manage the technical complexity of products, ensuring the architecture is as well designed as possible;
- Ensure collaboration among data, engineering and design teams for prioritized deliveries and post-activation follow-up;
- Conduct PDCAs and Kaizens for continuous improvement of Architecture, Engineering and the team allocated to these products.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in technology or a related field;
- Knowledge of AgentForce and Salesforce Bots;
- Strong knowledge of APEX and Node.js;
- Experience leading high-performance teams;
- Strong technical background: the Specialist should have a solid technical foundation covering both software engineering aspects and core principles of artificial intelligence;
- Experience with CI/CD;
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models);
- Experience using agentic IDEs with SDD (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, Antigravity);
- Experience with automated testing;
- Effective communication skills, able to communicate with different business areas;
- Knowledge of best practices and patterns: promote and apply software engineering, architecture and AI design best practices to ensure code is robust, scalable and maintainable;
- Business mindset: solid understanding of the digital product's business objectives and how artificial intelligence can add value.
