About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review the documentation required for onboarding, ensuring all documents are complete and comply with legal requirements;
- Register new employees in the payroll system, update employee records in the system, send, follow up on, and ensure return of employment contracts;
- Process employee benefits maintenance according to company rules in the payroll/payroll system;
- Provide clear and accurate information to employees about available benefits, deadlines, and procedures;
- Prepare reports on benefits utilization, ensure timely payments to vendors, and ensure that all benefits procedures comply with company guidelines;
- Calculate termination severance in the payroll system, organize and prepare documentation required for termination approval (homologation), conduct the approval process, monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and contractual deadlines, and ensure that all termination procedures comply with applicable labor legislation;
- Perform accounting reconciliations for benefits and terminations;
- Ensure that relevant indicators/KPIs are in compliance;
- Handle inquiries in the company's ticketing system to clarify questions from employees and former employees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of current labor legislation;
- Knowledge of the ADP system is a plus;
- Experience in the Personnel/Payroll department.
