About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively engage in recruiting, prospecting, and converting new students, contributing to enrollment targets;
  • Manage a portfolio of students, monitor their academic journey, and ensure a positive experience at all stages;
  • Provide consultative, empathetic, and high-quality service, advising students and prospects about courses, procedures, and institutional resources;
  • Develop relationship and engagement initiatives to strengthen the bond between students and the Institution;
  • Identify opportunities to improve the student experience and propose actions to optimize service processes;
  • Implement retention and loyalty strategies that contribute to enrollment renewals and reduced student attrition;
  • Monitor recruitment, conversion, retention, and satisfaction indicators, working proactively to achieve institutional results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferred: currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Call Center Management, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office;
  • Intermediate level Excel;
  • Preferred experience in customer service, preferably using WhatsApp and chat tools;
  • Call center experience preferred.
