About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the projection of the Business Unit's long-term plan, as well as growth initiatives;
Develop business cases for new ventures and expansions;
Conduct market studies and competitive analyses;
Map and evaluate new growth opportunities (M&A, new courses, new business models);
Prepare executive materials for board members, investors and senior company leadership;
Lead analyses of footprint, geographic coverage and market potential by location;
Integrate market insights with the FP&A and Strategic Projects teams;
Design and operate the VP's data intelligence function, transforming operational data into actionable insights for leadership;
Establish and run data governance for the VP, focusing on data quality, reliability, consistency and traceability;
Define roles, responsibilities and processes related to data production, validation and consumption;
Define and evolve the VP's strategic KPIs, scorecards and executive dashboards;
Consolidate cross-functional data and translate it into strategic growth insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred;
Additional training in analytics or market intelligence is a plus;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
Strong financial skills including income statement (P&L), cash flow, financial modeling, investment analysis and profitability metrics;
Experience in data analysis and market intelligence is a plus;
Experience in strategic consulting is a plus.
