About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning, execution and monitoring of in-person, online and hybrid training programs;
- Operate LMS (Learning Management System) platforms: user registration, class setup, content and learning path management, attendance tracking and report generation;
- Update and monitor L&D (Learning & Development) indicators (participation, dropout, training hours, reaction evaluations);
- Assist in organizing schedules, invitations, attendance lists, teaching materials and training logistics;
- Maintain updated records and databases, ensuring the reliability of the department's information;
- Support communication with internal stakeholders (instructors, managers, employees);
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and operational L&D processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in progress (preferably final year) or completed (preferred) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related fields;
- Prior experience with administrative routines, preferably in Training & Development, HR or Corporate Education;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, SuccessFactors, Totara, Blackboard or similar);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Desirable: experience with learning paths, corporate education and training evaluation (reaction level is a differential).
