About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and participate in experience improvement projects and redesigns of the student journey;
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions based on Customer Experience insights;
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and identify root causes and bottlenecks in the student journey;
  • Support the development and monitoring of action plans based on customer feedback;
  • Support impact analyses on students related to changes, integrations, or new products;
  • Disseminate best practices, perform benchmarking, and identify new tools and technologies related to Customer Experience;
  • Prepare reports and deliver presentations for reporting in executive forums.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical sampling;
  • Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies;
  • Previous experience in Customer Experience, Customer/User Journey, Quality, Processes or related areas;
  • Desirable knowledge of Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint);
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction is a plus.
