About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and edit copy for acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS, eBooks, etc., ensuring alignment with brand strategy, campaign goals, and conversion objectives;
  • Develop performance-focused copy, applying communication triggers, persuasive writing techniques, and tailoring tone and language for different audiences, regions, and products;
  • Support the design and evolution of campaigns, proposing continuous improvements based on A/B tests, results, and audience behavior;
  • Create scripts, messaging, and communication guidelines for sales operations, customer service, and candidate relationship channels;
  • Collaborate with design, sales, operations, and performance teams to ensure integrated, regionalized, and results-driven campaigns;
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and communication benchmarks to introduce innovation and new approaches to acquisition campaigns;
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints in the candidate journey, maintaining clarity, agility, and a candidate-focused experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Languages/Literature, or related fields;
  • Excellent written communication, with strong command of grammar, spelling, and the ability to adapt language for different channels and audiences;
  • Knowledge of copywriting techniques, persuasive writing, and conversion-focused communication aimed at lead generation;
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to content creation and optimization.
