About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform financial and business analyses based on historical data, generating insights to support strategic decision-making;
  • Map opportunities and risks within the student base by analyzing financial behavior, retention history and commercial performance;
  • Support revenue growth studies, exploring development of new products, upsell/cross-sell strategies, increasing average ticket and reducing churn;
  • Assess students' ability to pay using internal and external datasets, identifying patterns and segments to inform pricing policies or scholarship/grant allocation;
  • Monitor scholarship and campaign budget consumption, identifying deviations and supporting leadership in proposing corrective actions;
  • Prepare clear results reports, translating complex revenue, average ticket and delinquency data for leadership and partner teams;
  • Collaborate with key areas such as Student Retention, Finance, Collections and business units (BUs) to ensure aligned execution of revenue strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field;
  • Strong analytical ability to handle large volumes of data and structure business problems logically;
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business strategy, market intelligence, financial planning or related areas;
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis, modeling and data manipulation;
  • Experience preparing presentations and visual reports (PowerPoint) (intermediate level);
  • Good communication skills, able to translate data analyses into clear narratives for different audiences;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and familiarity with Big Data environments (such as Databricks or similar).
