About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor media budgets, ensuring optimal budget allocation based on performance and potential return (ROI/ROAS);
- Direct partners (performance agency, media outlets and stakeholders) to ensure expected efficiency in acquiring prospective students;
- Oversee execution of paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring performance aligns with acquisition, reach or conversion goals;
- Collaborate with content, CRM and design teams to ensure consistency between messaging, targeting and acquisition strategy objectives;
- Monitor and analyze KPIs daily (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, CPL, ROAS, among others), identifying opportunities and making continuous adjustments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields;
- Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as well as programmatic media partners;
- Intermediate knowledge of measurement and data tools such as GA4, DV360 and Adobe CDP;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
- Advanced experience/knowledge in media planning, revenue tracking and KPI analysis.
