About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support monitoring of regulatory changes and guidance from the Ministry of Education (MEC);
- Analyze and verify data for entry into the official MEC systems;
- Assist in updating the area’s controls and performance indicators;
- Enter and validate information in the e-MEC system, ensuring data quality and compliance;
- Complete protocols and forms related to regulatory processes for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and courses;
- Monitor the progress of regulatory processes in the e-MEC system and support deadline tracking;
- Respond to tickets and requests received through the ServiceNow platform, providing support to the involved teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
- Intermediate Excel: use of formulas, tables, charts and data controls;
- Basic knowledge of BI tools is a plus;
- Familiarity with academic routines and the S.I.A. Academic System is a plus.
