About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze students' communication behavior and consumption profiles, proposing more accurate strategies for activation and engagement;
Create mailings and develop automated communication journeys using digital marketing automation tools;
Execute communication sends across different channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and social audiences;
Monitor, measure and analyze the results of communications and campaigns carried out;
Develop solutions aimed at automating managerial processes to promote greater operational efficiency;
Create mechanisms and controls to reduce risks related to incorrect sends and communications;
Ensure the team correctly registers campaigns on the platforms used;
Ensure processes are automated in an efficient, secure and organized manner;
Develop solutions with AI and new technologies to optimize routines and speed up the team's work;
Set up error controls and support A/B testing to optimize campaigns;
Participate in planning and alignment meetings with partner areas on strategic and sensitive topics;
Research and disseminate technological trends and innovations that may generate improvements for the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science or related fields;
Knowledge in data collection, analysis and interpretation;
Experience with database administration and manipulation;
Knowledge of analytical processes and building strategic analyses;
Skill in generating reports and executive presentations;
Analytical profile with the ability to organize and interpret information;
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and solutions applied to processes and analyses.
