Student Relationship Analyst (Mid-level) – Communication Creation Focus
YDUQSAs a Relationship Analyst focused on communication, create content and manage channels for student engagement at YDUQS. Collaborate with various academic and marketing teams to enhance communication processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce, review and distribute informative content such as announcements, newsletters, academic notices and internal campaigns;
- Ensure clear, empathetic and effective communication with students throughout the entire academic journey;
- Work in partnership with academic departments, the registrar’s office, marketing and student services to ensure information alignment and consistent messaging;
- Support initiatives aimed at student engagement, satisfaction, retention and experience;
- Monitor the student journey, identifying opportunities to improve communication flows and channels;
- Map recurring student questions and propose continuous improvements to communication processes;
- Update and organize knowledge bases, FAQs and student support materials;
- Contribute to strengthening the relationship between the institution and its audiences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Education/Pedagogy or related fields;
- Experience developing narratives, storytelling and producing communications tailored to different audiences;
- Experience planning and managing communication across multiple channels such as email, digital platforms, social media and institutional channels;
- Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and content optimization based on metrics and data;
- Familiarity with customer/support tools such as CRM systems, helpdesk platforms and chatbots;
- Experience with email marketing tools and communication automation platforms;
- Understanding of customer/student experience (CX) and user journey concepts;
- Basic knowledge of metrics, data analysis and performance tracking;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools;
- Previous experience in educational institutions or edtechs is a plus;
- Proven track record focused on student/user engagement, experience and retention.
