Distance Learning Operations Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the operational performance management of partner support and service areas;
- Ensure operational quality through monitoring of metrics, processes, and critical routines;
- Lead onboarding initiatives, training, upskilling, and periodic refreshers for teams;
- Support operational sustainment, promoting stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement;
- Monitor the efficiency of partner support channels, ensuring productivity and service quality;
- Manage partners and outsourced operations, monitoring performance, compliance, and SLAs;
- Develop action plans aimed at reducing errors, rework, and operational risks;
- Drive operational improvement projects, automation, and efficiency gains;
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed) in a related field;
- Experience in operational management, quality, performance, or processes;
- Experience managing metrics and tracking operational KPIs;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process management;
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile;
- Ability to lead environments undergoing transformation and operational improvement;
- Experience in the education sector is desirable;
- Experience with customer service and support operations;
- Knowledge of agile management and project management;
- Experience with operational platforms and performance tools;
- Experience in high-scale operational environments;
- Experience with CRM tools;
- Experience with Power BI and building management dashboards;
- Ability to prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for leadership;
- Experience in the education sector.
