About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, organize, and keep up-to-date the documentation of pedagogical mediators (tutors/instructional facilitators);
  • Liaise with the People & Management and Attraction & Selection teams, ensuring end-to-end flow of hiring processes;
  • Monitor deadlines and stages of selection processes, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines;
  • Support the monitoring and updating of the area’s indicators/KPIs, contributing to analysis and continuous process improvement;
  • Assist in communicating and aligning administrative and academic requests with regional and corporate teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources/People Management, Pedagogy, or related fields;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level for data analysis and building pivot tables) and PowerPoint;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to liaise across departments and work collaboratively;
  • Organized, results-oriented, and attentive to deadlines;
  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments;
  • Previous experience in academic processes, educational administrative support, or campus/site management;
  • Experience with training and delivering presentations;
  • Experience in higher education institutions is a plus.
