About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive, organize, and keep up-to-date the documentation of pedagogical mediators (tutors/instructional facilitators);
- Liaise with the People & Management and Attraction & Selection teams, ensuring end-to-end flow of hiring processes;
- Monitor deadlines and stages of selection processes, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines;
- Support the monitoring and updating of the area’s indicators/KPIs, contributing to analysis and continuous process improvement;
- Assist in communicating and aligning administrative and academic requests with regional and corporate teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources/People Management, Pedagogy, or related fields;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level for data analysis and building pivot tables) and PowerPoint;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to liaise across departments and work collaboratively;
- Organized, results-oriented, and attentive to deadlines;
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments;
- Previous experience in academic processes, educational administrative support, or campus/site management;
- Experience with training and delivering presentations;
- Experience in higher education institutions is a plus.
