About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and optimize commercial student acquisition campaigns with a focus on maximizing conversion;
- Develop complex communication briefs and lead creative direction;
- Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and relationship cadence is maintained;
- Review and approve produced materials, ensuring the brand’s tone of voice;
- Serve as the main point of contact with partner teams, ensuring alignment of actions;
- Map and critically analyze the candidate journey throughout the acquisition funnel;
- Lead campaign performance analysis, prepare performance reports, and implement corrective action plans;
- Manage marketing automation workflows, database segmentation, and lead-nurturing strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related fields;
- Solid, proven experience in digital marketing, commercial performance campaigns, CRM, or direct communication management with customers/leads;
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.);
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for monitoring KPIs, analyzing the sales funnel, and making data-based decisions;
- Autonomy to develop briefs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and handle dynamic deadlines;
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills across different areas.
