About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the financial management of the Faculty package across all Yduqs group operations, ensuring strategic monitoring of results, KPIs and trends;
- Participate in the planning, construction and consolidation of the annual Budget and Forecast, ensuring consistency, predictability and financial alignment of the package;
- Develop financial analyses and strategic studies on variances, projections, risks, opportunities and operational performance;
- Perform accounting routines related to reclassifications, provisions and the treatment of cost variances;
- Identify, analyze and drive solutions for cost cross-contamination between products and operations, ensuring greater accuracy and financial governance;
- Support leadership and business areas through executive analyses, management presentations and financial guidance;
- Develop and automate dashboards, KPIs and processes, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, data intelligence and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities;
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial management and performance;
- Knowledge of financial statements (income statement/P&L);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across different hierarchical levels;
- Organized, inquisitive and proactive profile, with business acumen and a strong ability to structure and improve processes;
- Knowledge of Power BI (advantage);
- Experience with SQL, Python, VBA or automation logic (advantage);
- Experience with process automation and analysis of large volumes of data (advantage).
