About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the financial management of the Faculty package across all Yduqs group operations, ensuring strategic monitoring of results, KPIs and trends;
Participate in the planning, construction and consolidation of the annual Budget and Forecast, ensuring consistency, predictability and financial alignment of the package;
Develop financial analyses and strategic studies on variances, projections, risks, opportunities and operational performance;
Perform accounting routines related to reclassifications, provisions and the treatment of cost variances;
Identify, analyze and drive solutions for cost cross-contamination between products and operations, ensuring greater accuracy and financial governance;
Support leadership and business areas through executive analyses, management presentations and financial guidance;
Develop and automate dashboards, KPIs and processes, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, data intelligence and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities;
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial management and performance;
Knowledge of financial statements (income statement/P&L);
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across different hierarchical levels;
Organized, inquisitive and proactive profile, with business acumen and a strong ability to structure and improve processes;
Knowledge of Power BI (advantage);
Experience with SQL, Python, VBA or automation logic (advantage);
Experience with process automation and analysis of large volumes of data (advantage).
