Administrative Assistant I – Temporary
YDUQSAdministrative Assistant I role supporting internal demands and operations in education at YDUQS. Collaborating with teams to assist with evaluations and reports while enhancing student success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to internal requests related to the evaluations area;
- Assist with actions and projects carried out by the team;
- Support the handling of service requests (tickets);
- Monitor and follow up on reports;
- Manage spreadsheets and system access;
- Provide support for academic operations and to the immediate department leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred: currently pursuing higher education in Pedagogy, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
- Good communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Experience with administrative routines.
