About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Partner Centers product, acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams and the business area, ensuring alignment of expectations and effective prioritization of requests.
  • Manage the product backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring that deliveries generate real value for the network of partner centers.
  • Translate strategic business needs into clear, well-defined user stories, facilitating the work of development teams.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting transparent communication and proactive management of demand conflicts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner, with experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate alignment between technical teams and business areas.
  • Analytical capability for prioritizing demands and making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • The following will be considered a plus:
  • Previous experience in the education sector, especially in higher education institutions or education networks.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing digital products (boards, backlogs, pipelines).
  • Certifications in Product Management (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalents).
  • Experience with products focused on educational operations, such as campus management systems, enrollment systems, or distance learning platforms.
