About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Partner Centers product, acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams and the business area, ensuring alignment of expectations and effective prioritization of requests.
Manage the product backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies, ensuring that deliveries generate real value for the network of partner centers.
Translate strategic business needs into clear, well-defined user stories, facilitating the work of development teams.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting transparent communication and proactive management of demand conflicts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Previous experience as a Product Owner, with experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate alignment between technical teams and business areas.
Analytical capability for prioritizing demands and making data-driven decisions.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
The following will be considered a plus:
Previous experience in the education sector, especially in higher education institutions or education networks.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing digital products (boards, backlogs, pipelines).
Certifications in Product Management (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalents).
Experience with products focused on educational operations, such as campus management systems, enrollment systems, or distance learning platforms.
