About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the performance of Academic Enrollment Renewal, ensuring achievement of company targets.
- Identify major contributors to adverse renewal metrics.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for meetings with the company's Board.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on Action Plans to improve renewal indicators.
- Build dashboards to monitor renewal metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
- Experience managing KPIs and analyzing data.
- Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and track outcomes.
- Experience creating and presenting executive-level materials.
- Clear communication skills and ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
- Familiarity with analytical tools, especially Excel.
- Results-oriented and committed to meeting targets.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to change and proactive in taking on new challenges.
