About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform high-volume, complex financial reconciliations involving: Cards (fees, settlement periods, cancellations and operational adjustments), Boleto (bank slip), Pix (instant payments) and Financing.
  • Perform full bank reconciliations, ensuring alignment between the system, bank statements and internal controls.
  • Identify and resolve operational discrepancies, making appropriate adjustments as directed by supervision.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of receivables for the group’s companies.
  • Support monitoring of operational cash flow, ensuring accurate updating of realized amounts.
  • Serve as a technical support point for day-to-day Treasury operational requests.
  • Support the monthly financial close, ensuring reconciliations are completed on time.
  • Liaise with internal departments to clarify financial information, as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, Economics or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Treasury, bank reconciliations or accounts receivable.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs.
  • Early-career experience in finance, accounts receivable or treasury (advantage).
  • Experience with multiple payment methods (advantage).
  • Knowledge of SAP (advantage).
  • Experience in high-volume transactional financial environments (advantage).
